Colic Drops
Colic drops also called Brick Colic drops are for oral use only & used to relieve colic (severe pain in the abdomen) and symptoms of colic.
Colic is a condition usually an infant goes through, in this, unusual frustration and crying are seen in the baby even when there is no health problem in the baby.
Package contains:
20 ml approx, oral drops plastic bottle, it is also available in 60,120 ml drops & in 90 ml syrup form.
Composition:
In 20 ml approx. drops, each 0.6 ml is derived from:
15 mg Elattaria cardamomum, 5 mg Cinnamomum cassia, 5 mg Foeniculum vulgare, 5 mg Zingiber officinale, 5 mg Hyoscyamus Niger and 5 mg Nardostachys jatamansi.
Dosage:
One drop per kilograms bodyweight of the child, repeat the dose three times a day or use as directed by a physician or child specialist.
Uses:
Brick colic is used in the treatment of chronic dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, intestinal colic, and problems faced during the gastrointestinal disturbance.
Side effects:
Although these drops are herbal and contain no major or minor side effects, they can temporarily cause sour throat due to taste.
Precautions:
The drops are for oral use only.
Store at a cool and dry place.
Keep away from the reach of children.
The inappropriate storing procedure can contaminate the drops.
This medicine is alternative to herbal medicine.
