Tramapar (Tramadol Hydrochloride + Paracetamol) (centrally Acting Analgesic) tablet is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain.
Uses: It is used to help relieve moderate to moderately severe pain.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Tramadol HCl USP 37.5mg
Paracetamol EP 325mg

Instructions:
Store in a dry place, at or below 30°C. Protect from light. To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
Precautions:
When this medication is used for a long time, it may not work as well. Talk with your doctor if this medication stops working well.
Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant. Tramadol may also cause severe, possibly fatal, breathing problems.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it.
Side effects:
Some side effects are: Nausea, vomiting, constipation, lightheadedness, dizziness, drowsiness, or headache may occur.
