SUMMARY AND REVIEW
Ambulance, an action-thriller remake, is a story about Will Sharp, whose wife needs surgery, and the surgery requires a lot of money. Will, a decorated veteran, pairs up with Danny Sharp.
Danny is Will’s adoptive brother and a bank robber. The Sharp brothers team up to steal nearly 32 million dollars from a bank in Los Angeles. But the heist goes wrong, and the pair steal an ambulance while trying to run away from officers.
The ambulance had an injured officer and an EMT doctor, Cam Thompson. The brothers must find a way to keep the officer and Will’s wife alive while trying to escape.
Michael Bay has directed some history-making action movies. But maybe this time, the stars didn’t align well for Bay. The Ambulance is a remake, wasn’t the best of Bay.
The biggest problems with the movie are a little too much use of drones during the action and the camera intensely following the characters. The camera work generates sickness and makes it tough to watch the film.
