Potato vegetable salad recipe

Ingredients
220g/7.8oz boiled potatoes
220g/7.8oz yogurt
115g/4.1oz cucumber
50g/1.8oz tomato
50g/1.8oz onion
½ tsp salt, green chilli
2 pinches cumin, black pepper
Variations
1 tsp chat masala (all spices), white vinegar
Instructions
Cube the potatoes.
Finely chop tomato, onion, chilli and cucumber.
Mix all vegetables salt, spices and yogurt in large bowl.
Garnish with coriander and serve in bowls.
Tips
Yogurt shouldn’t sour.
Add yogurt last in recipe because it have moisture.
