My personal experience with views4you has been a torment, with lies and deception, and a purposely built website that looks like it’s malfunctioning.

The very late replies to my correspondence were the tipping point; no one should wait weeks for an email response, especially in a time when your money has been taken or the service they apparently provide is time sensitive.

Here is my experience with views4you, and you can tell me if there is negligence on their part.

I made an order from you. I don’t know why my order confirmation email has not come through by email, but I used my Mastercard, and I just checked to see that the transaction is still pending on the bank side. When my purchase was complete, the congratulations sign only flashed for a second and disappeared before I could note down the order number. I did not receive an order number by email, and the order still is not showing up in my account.

My story:

Then I sent them the details they requested with the screenshot of the transaction from my bank account.

A week later, I had not heard from them. I checked my account and still did not see an order in my views4you account. I also checked my bank account and saw that the transaction had gone through now.

I emailed them again with a screenshot of the now-confirmed transaction, which now had a receipt number in the transaction and said: “It was paid to you.”

I proceeded to contact them on all social media platforms and left comments on views4you social media comments as well as message them directly on those social media platforms that had message options, but still nothing.

Another week later, they responded to my email with only the attachment of the previously pending transaction and said:

Their email:

Hello, dear customer

Your payment has not reached us, which is why your order does not appear in our system. Most likely, the amount will automatically be returned to you by your bank or payment provider. If the transaction still shows as pending, please allow a little more time for it to be released back to your account.

My Response:

Of course, now I was furious as it was clear they were running some sort of a scam.

So I replied with an attachment of the paid screenshot of my transaction and said: “Payment has gone through to you; here is the proof and receipt number! It’s literally gone through; it has not been pending for weeks. I will contact Fair Trading as this kind of scam is not allowed in my country.” 

Another week has passed, and I’ve heard nothing.

So I ask you:

What is this?

Have you had a bad experience with views4you?

Does this not sound unprofessional?

Is this not a scam?
