Gsok Power on Alibaba

Gsok Power on Alibaba has stolen money from me.

Gsok Power Ltd. on Alibaba has lied and scammed me.

On 29-07-2024 I made my order for 2 large batteries for my home Inverter UPS system.

Case # 100032205011 Order # 218984814501029388

Alibaba’s Trade assurance page says I will get my money back if the order has not arrived on the date agreed upon by the buyer and seller.

Just before trade assurance ended I started the dispute to let Alibaba know and to get a refund.

I informed the trade assurance team that the order has been stuck in customs for a month now with proof. 

Alibaba Trade Assurance sided with Gsok Power (the seller) and gave them over a month more and said if I didn’t receive my order by December 1, 2024, I would receive a refund.

On 28-11-2024 Gsok Power asked the Trade assurance team to extend the refund time another month till the 1st of January 2025 in Chinese so I couldn’t read it.

But thank god for Google Translate, I figured it out and informed Alibaba that I did not agree with this.

Alibaba Trade Assurance of course took the side of the seller and regurgitated the seller’s words to me.

I replied this:

This order has been stuck in customs for 3 months with no indication of release. The seller is clearly lying for its own interest, and Trade Assurance is clearly breaking its own rules to side with the sellers. This is the second time, you’re changing the date of refund after you promised to refund me on the 1st of December 2024. I have waited 4 months for this order. I can not wait any longer. This is now theft and Alibaba is now guilty by association. Trade assurance protection ended 2 months ago and still, this dispute persists. This proves trade assurance protection is not for us the customers but only for the sellers on Alibaba.
